Shipping Policy


1. Order Processing Time

After your order is confirmed, we usually arrange shipment within 1–3 business days. We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese public holidays.

During sales periods, inventory checks, severe weather, traffic disruptions, customs procedures, or other force majeure events, shipment may take longer than usual. If delays occur, we will notify you by email whenever possible.



2. Shipping Areas and Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic shipping within Japan: Usually delivered within 1–3 days (3–7 days for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands).

International shipping: Usually delivered within approximately 7–20 days. However, delays may occur due to customs clearance, flight availability, local delivery conditions, weather, or other force majeure events.

For international shipments, including shipments to the United States, delivery may take longer than usual depending on customs inspections and local carrier conditions. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.

Domestic shipping carriers:
Depending on the region, size, and weight of your order, we will ship via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post (such as Yu-Pack). The actual shipping method will be selected by our store based on what is most appropriate.

For international orders, we will select an appropriate shipping carrier based on the destination, package weight, size, and shipping method.



3. Shipping Fees

• Japan domestic shipping: ¥200
• Free shipping within Japan on orders of ¥2,000 or more
• Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: an additional shipping fee of ¥300 may apply (displayed at checkout)
• International shipping: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, weight, size, and shipping method, and the amount shown at checkout will apply

Please note:
• Eligibility for free shipping is determined based on the checkout page display.
• Free shipping conditions may change depending on discounts or coupon usage.
• For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply separately. Please refer to Section 7, “Taxes and Duties.”



4. Tracking

After shipment, we will send you a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take approximately 24–72 hours to appear.

“Shipped” means that the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a trackable number has been issued. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed depending on the carrier’s system.



5. Address Information and Changes

Please make sure that your shipping information (address, postal code, recipient name, and phone number) is entered accurately.

• Before shipment: Changes can be made by contacting customer support.
• After shipment: Changes may not be possible depending on the carrier, or forwarding/address change fees may apply.

If a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, input error, inability to contact the customer, refusal of delivery, or extended absence, any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or related charges will be the customer’s responsibility.



6. Pre-order Items / Out-of-Stock Items

Pre-order items will be shipped within approximately 2–8 weeks, as stated on the product page.

If your order includes both “in-stock items” and “pre-order items,” we will proceed as follows:

Split shipment:
In-stock items will be shipped first, and pre-order items will be shipped separately once they become available. We will notify you by email each time a shipment is made.

As a general rule, we do not charge additional shipping fees for the second or subsequent domestic shipment within the same order.
However, if exceptional additional costs arise (such as oversized packaging, forwarding, or special delivery areas), we will notify you before shipment.



7. Taxes and Duties

• Japan domestic orders: All displayed prices include Japanese consumption tax.
• International orders: Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or handling fees charged by local carriers may apply. Unless these charges are explicitly stated and collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).

Our products are shipped from Japan. Customs regulations and import requirements vary depending on the destination country, region, and carrier. We are unable to guarantee in advance the exact amount of any additional charges or delays caused by customs procedures.



8. Delays, Loss, and Damage

If your shipment is delayed, please first check the tracking information. If your package has not been delivered more than 14 days after shipment, please contact us and we will request an investigation with the shipping carrier.

• If the carrier confirms that the package is lost or undeliverable, we will provide either a replacement shipment or a refund based on the investigation result.
• If the package is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as refusal of delivery, extended absence, incorrect address, or failure to complete required customs procedures, return shipping fees and reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged item. We will review the case and respond promptly.



9. Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for full details regarding returns and exchanges.

• Returns for customer convenience: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Initial defects or incorrect shipments: We will cover the cost of exchange, reshipment, or refund

Important hygiene notice:
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other items that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or tried on, except in cases of initial defects or incorrect shipment. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
