Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
After your order is confirmed, we usually arrange shipment within 1–3 business days. We do not process shipments on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
During sale periods, inventory checks, or due to weather conditions, traffic circumstances, customs procedures, or other force majeure events, shipment may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will notify you by email whenever possible.

2. Shipping Areas and Estimated Delivery Times
Within Japan: Delivery usually takes 1–3 days (3–7 days for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands).
International shipping: Delivery usually takes approximately 7–20 days. However, delays may occur due to customs clearance, flight schedules, local delivery conditions, weather, or other force majeure events.
For international shipments, including those to the United States, delivery may take longer than usual due to customs inspections or the circumstances of local delivery carriers. Delays caused by customs procedures are outside our control.
Domestic carriers in Japan: Depending on the destination, size, and weight, we will ship using Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post (such as Yu-Pack), whichever we determine to be the most appropriate.
For international shipping, we will choose an appropriate carrier based on the destination region, weight, size, and shipping method.

3. Shipping Fees
・Within Japan: Shipping fee is ¥200 / Free shipping for orders of ¥2,000 or more
・Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands: An additional shipping fee of ¥300 may apply (this will be shown at checkout)
・International shipping: Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, weight, size, and shipping method, and the amount displayed at checkout will apply
* Whether free shipping applies is determined by the checkout screen display (conditions may vary depending on discounts or coupon usage).
* For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and similar charges may apply separately. Please refer to “7. Taxes and Customs Duties” for details.

4. Tracking
After shipment, we will notify you of the tracking number by email. Tracking information may take approximately 24–72 hours to appear.
“Shipped” means that the item has been handed over to the carrier and a trackable number has been issued. Due to carrier system updates, tracking information may not be updated immediately.

5. Address Entry and Changes
Please ensure that your shipping information (address, postal code, name, and phone number) is entered accurately.
・Before shipment: Changes can be made through customer support.
・After shipment: Changes may not be possible depending on the carrier, or forwarding / modification fees may apply.
If a package is returned or lost due to an incomplete address, input error, inability to contact the customer, refusal of delivery, or long-term absence, any return shipping fees, reshipment costs, and related charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Shipment of Pre-Order / Out-of-Stock Items
Pre-order items will be shipped within approximately 2–8 weeks, as stated on the product page.
If the same order contains both “in-stock items” and “pre-order items,” the following handling will apply:
Split shipment (in-stock items will be shipped first, and pre-order items will be shipped separately after they arrive in stock. We will notify you by email each time a shipment is made.)
* Normally, for domestic shipments within Japan, we do not charge additional shipping fees for the second and subsequent shipments within the same order.
However, if additional costs are exceptionally required (such as oversized packaging, forwarding, or special delivery regions), we will notify you in advance before shipment.

7. Taxes and Customs Duties
・Within Japan: Displayed prices include consumption tax.
・International shipping: Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and handling fees charged by local carriers may apply. Unless these charges are explicitly stated and collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer (recipient).
Our store ships from Japan. Customs regulations and import requirements vary depending on the destination country, region, and carrier. We cannot guarantee in advance the exact amount of additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

8. Delays, Loss, and Damage
If a shipping delay occurs, please first check the tracking information. If you have not received your order more than 14 days after shipment, please contact us. We will request an investigation from the carrier.
・If the carrier confirms that the package is lost or undeliverable, we will arrange reshipment or a refund based on the investigation result.
・If the package is returned due to customer-related reasons such as refusal of delivery, long-term absence, incomplete address, or failure to complete customs procedures, return shipping fees and reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the product. After confirmation, we will respond promptly.

・Returns for customer convenience: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
・Initial defects / incorrect shipment: We will cover the cost and provide an exchange, reshipment, or refund
Special note regarding hygiene-related items (Important):
For hygiene reasons, earrings and other sanitary products or items that come into direct contact with the skin cannot generally be returned or exchanged after opening or trying on. However, this does not apply in cases of initial defects or incorrect shipment (please refer to the “Return Policy” for details).
